两性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡26例疗效观察

Observation of Fungi Corneal Ulcer Treatment with Amphotericin B and Fluconazol

目的 探讨两性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效观察。方法对26例真菌性角膜溃疡患者，采用0．25％两性霉素B滴眼液联合氟康唑200mg静点治疗。结果25例在2—8周，角膜溃疡愈合、治愈，1例前房积脓性角膜穿孔。结论局部点眼应用两性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效肯定，未见严重全身副作用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of fungi corneal ulcer with amphotericin B and fluconazol. Methods 26 cases of such patient were treated with arnphotericin 0.25% droplet and fluconazol 200mg iv. Results 25 cases was cured within 2 - 8 weeks except 1 ease sufered perforation from anterior chamber. Conclusion The combination use of amphotericin B and fluconazol might have certain effect for fungi corneal deer.
