摘要
对武汉体育学院散打代表队不同级别运动员在不同运动强度运动后的血氨值变化情况进行测定,结果显示受试者完成相应负荷运动后即刻至13min,血氨水平均显著高于运动前安静状态(P<0.01),显示血氨的应用能够较精确地评价运动负荷的强度、机体的机能状态、疲劳程度,表明了血氨作为生物学监测与评定指标的可靠性及其指导散打运动员进行科学训练的实践意义。
This text distributes the athlete's blood ammonia value after the different intensity of sports move to determine the different ranks athletes of WIPE, show the relation between intensity of movement and blcod ammonia value (P 〈 0.01 ), prove blood ammonia' dependability in sanshou movement as training monitoring and evaluating index and instruct sanshou athletes to carry on practice meaning of scientific training as biology.
