人文精神的内化与高校体育教学的可持续发展研究

Humanistic Spirit-Internalization and the Study of the Sustainable Development in College P.E. Teaching

从人文学、全球化与可持续发展的视角,对21世纪高校体育教学中人文精神的缺失进行了剖析,指出强化人文精神的培养是21世纪高校体育教学可持续发展的必然选择,人文精神的内化是高校体育教学可持续发展的核心,从教育理念、教学体系、教学管理、教育者的人文修养等几个方面提出了人文精神内化的具体策略,从而达到人文精神内化于高校体育教学中。

From the angle of humanisties,globalization and sustainable development, the paper make an in-depth analysis of the reason on the lacking in humanistic spirit of the college P.E. teaching on the background of the 21th century, the condusion is that improve the power of foster the humanistic spirit is inevitable selection to achieve the goal of the sustainable development of college P, E, teaching,humanistic spirit-internalization is the core of the sustainable development of the college P, E. teaching, to get to the level that humanistic spirit-internalization in the eourse of the eollege P, E, teaching, we provide the concrete strategy from the aspects of trend-education, the system of teaching, management of teaching,humanistic quality of teacher and so on.
