摘要
本文分析了氧化铝生产中溶出DS热水的供应和使用存在的问题,通过优化该热水的平衡使用,不但避免了热能的损失,还减少了循环水冷却负担,在节水和节能上效益长期、显著,环境效益明显。
In this paper, the matters of DS hot-water supply and utilization at digestion unit are analyzed. With optimization on the balanced utilization of such hot-water, not only the loss of heat-energy is prevented, but also the load of cooling-water is reduced, together with the obvious achievements of long-term efficiency for water-saving and energy saving and environmental protection.
