摘要 本文通过对某厂350 kA预焙铝电解槽生产管理过程和工艺技术条件的优化的探讨,提出了大型预焙铝电解槽的管理要建立系统的管理思想,通过工艺优化和系统优化管理,可以缩短电解槽生产的不稳定期,提前达到设计或预期目标。 In this paper, through careful study for the procedures of production administration and the condition of process technology for 350 kA prebaked pots from an Al-smelter, a viewpoint is put forward on establishment of systematical administration for heavy prebaked pots of alaminum-smelting so as to reduce the unsteady period during the production of smelting-pot by optimization of process and systematical administration, resulting in designed capacity or respected objective achieved in advance and outstanding economic technical index obtained.
