摘要 本文阐述了变频器的恒压供风原理、采用变频器调速的节电方法及节能原理,实践证明采用变频器直接控制风机可实现平滑无级调速,提高电网侧功率因数,实现软启动减轻启动电流的冲击,而且具有很大的节能效果。 In the paper, it states the principle of air supply with constant pressure by VFD (varying frequency device), the energy saving method and characteristics of velocity control by VFD. It is proved by actual operation that smoothly stepless variable velocity is realized from the motor fan directly controlled by VFD; power factor at network side is also increased; soft start is available with reduce of current impact; and significant results of energy saving is achieved as well.
