孔子删诗是文学史上的公案,历代学者众说纷纭、莫衷一是。在这场思想交锋中诸家各执己见、相持不下。元好问无意参与论争,但并未缄口,而是从艺术本体、艺术传播、艺术感知出发,表达了自己的看法。

In the confrontation of ideas, the various schools of thought stuck to their own views, neither side was ready to yield. Yuan Haowen had no intention of joining the argument, instead of expressing his own view from art itself, artistic spread and artistic mental perception.
