The Origin and the Administration of Corrupt Dealings in the Process of Modernization

腐败相对于发展而言是指社会政治变迁中的一个取向,是现代化过程中的伴生物,科学制定腐败的对策已成当务之急。文章首先通过对现代化过程中腐败现象的认识定位,分析了腐败产生的原因。其次,提出了现代化进程中对腐败的治理创新。

Corrupt, opposite to development, is a tendency of political change of society, also an accompaniment in the process of modernization, and urgent matter is to formulate countermeasures of preventing corrupt scientifically. The article, in the first place, orien- ted the ideology of corrupt in the process of modernization, and analyzed the origin of corrupt; in the second place, the administration has been taken to prevent corrupt in the process of modernization.
