摘要
离婚率上升是各国普遍面临的一个社会问题,法律如何应对这一问题,学界提供了诸多意见。本文从中澳离婚立法比较的角度对这一问题进行了分析,并总结出现代离婚立法的几个趋势。
The rise of divorce rate is a common social phenomenon in every country. How to solve this problem in law, there are many views. The thesis analyses the problem from compared angle of divorce＇ s legislation in China and Australia, and concludes several tendencies of modem divorce＇ s legislation.
