氧化铝纤维增强铝合金复合材料的组织和性能 被引量:2

摘要 在光学显微镜下观察了自制的具有不同氧化铝纤维含量的铝合金复合材料的组织形貌,并在扫描电镜下考察了试样的拉伸断口,同时测试了该复合材料的力学性能,摩擦磨损性能,热膨胀性能等。实验结果表明:该复合材料耐磨性优良,高温性能高,膨胀系数小,用作发动机活塞是比较理想的。 Microstrucures of an aluminium alloy composites reinforced by alu- minium fiber at different quantities were examined under the optical micro- scope.Fracture surfaces of specimens in tensile test were also studied by using the scanning electron microscope,and the properties of mechanics,friction and wear and thermal expansion,etc.,were tested for the composite materials. The experimental results show that the composites have good wear property, together with high tensile strength at elevoted temperatures and low thermal expansions.Therefore,they are considered a good substitution for engine piston materials.
