摘要
对底部加热的被液体浸透的多孔物料床中的沸腾换热进行了实验和理论分析。从颗粒对沸腾机理的影响出发,获得了计算多孔物料床泡状沸腾换热的准则关系式。实验研究了颗粒尺寸、材料和层高以及工质物性对换热的影响。实验表明,多孔物料床的沸腾换热强度主要受到颗粒—液体组合的影响。
Experimental and theoretical investigations on boiling heat transfer in liquid saturated porous bed heated from below are conducted.From the effects of particle on boiling heat transfer,a correlation of boiling heat transfer in the porous bed is obtained.The effects of particle size,particle properties, the depth of the bed and the boiling liquid on heat transfer were tested.The experiments show that the heat transfer rate in the porous bed is mainly influ- enced by the particle-liquid combination.
