微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张156例疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of minimally invasive electrocoagulation in 156 cases with great saphenous varicose vein

目的评价微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法对2003年3月～2006年5月采用微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张156例（186条患肢）进行观察和分析。结果单侧肢体手术时间30～50min，住院时间3～5d，3例轻度局部复发。结论微创电凝术治疗大隐静脉曲张具有操作简单、手术时间短、出血少、损伤小、痛苦轻、疗效可靠等优点，符合美体要求。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the minimally invasive electrocoagulation for great saphenous varicose vein. Methods The clinical materials of minimally invasive electrocoagulation for 156 cases （ 186 limbs） with great saphenous varicose vein were analyzed from March 2003 to May 2006. Results The average operation time was 30 - 50 minutes, the average hospitalization time was 3 - 5 days. Conclusion Minimally invasive electrocoagulation for great saphenous varicose vein is a simple and good minimally invasive operation method, and has the effectiveness of plastic surgery.
