普外科病人家属焦虑情绪护理探讨

Nursing care of relatives with anxiety of patients in general surgery

本文分析指出普外科病人家属焦虑除与家属文化层次有关外，还与家属对病人病情的了解、医护人员的服务态度、医院环境以及医疗费用密切相关；同时指出要改善这一状况，医护人员必须对病人家属加强心理护理与健康教育以及增强医院收费的透明度。

This article pointed out that the patients relatives anxiety in general surgery were not only associated with euhural background, but also with their understanding of disease 、 staff attitude, hospital environment and medical expenses; And this paper also proposed it was neeessary to improve nursing of the patient＇s relatives and health education as well as reform of hospital fee.
