摘要
目的观察丹参酮ⅡA丙磺酸钠治疗老年尿毒症患者体位性低血压疗效。方法25例尿毒症患者透析时给予丹参酮ⅡA丙磺酸钠，观察透析前后血压情况和症状体征。结果治疗有效率100％。血透前、后自身对照血压无显著差异（P〉0、05）。在疗程结束后其疗效仍可维持半年至1年时间。治疗过程中和治疗后无不良反应发生。结论丹参酮ⅡA丙磺酸钠能够使尿毒症患者血透过程中血压保持稳定，提高了患者的透析质量和生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of tanshinone ⅡA propanesulfonic acid curing postural hypotension in old uremia. Methods 25 cases of uremia were given with tanshinone ⅡA propanesulfonic acid during dialysis, and were observed the change of blood pressure and ,symptom. Results The effective rate of treatment was 100%. The blood pressure between before hematodialysis and after hematodialysis was not significant difference. The effect could maintain half of year to one year. No adverse reaction existed during the course and after the course. Conclusions Tanshinone Ⅱ A propanesulfonic acid could stabilize the blood pressure of uremia during dialysis and enhance the quality of dialysis and life.
