葛根素注射液辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎并发胃肠功能障碍

Clinical investigation on the assisted treatment of puerarin to bronchiofitis combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction in children

目的观察葛根素治疗小儿支气管肺炎并发胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法我科2005年1月至2006年1月住院期间50例支气管肺炎并发胃肠功能障碍患儿，随机分成两组，对照组27例，采用传统综合治疗，治疗组23例，即在传统综合疗法基础上加用葛根素注射液（剂量为30mg／kg）；观察两组腹胀消失时间及肺部哆音消失时间。结果治疗组腹胀消失时间及肺部哆音消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论加用葛根素注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎并发胃肠功能障碍有明显疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of puerarin to bronehiolitis combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction in children. Methods From Jan 2005 to Jan 2006, 50 children of bronehiolitis combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction were divided into control group （ 27 eases） and therapeutic group （23 eases）, and observed the extinction time of abdominal distension and rales of lung. Results The extinction time of abdominal distension and rales of lung in therapeutic group was shorter than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The treatment of puerarin to bronehiolitis combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction in children was obviously effective.
