摘要
制造业是国民经济的脊梁,制造业信息化是国民经济和社会信息化的核心。制造业企业可以通过信息化提升企业核心竞争力。本文针对我国制造企业在战略联盟中发展需要,分析了制造业战略联盟形成的动因,并在此基础上,结合我国制造业在在战略联盟中存在的问题,从中小企业和离散企业的特点出发,提出了ASP外包模式、虚拟产品设计中心模式和网上信息中介服务模式。
Manufacuring industry is the backbone of national economy. Informatization of manufacturing industry is the core of national economy infonnatization and society informatization. Manufacturing enterprises are able to improve their nuclear competitiveness by means of infomatization. Aiming at the devdopment needs of manufacturing enterprises in strategic alliance in China, this article analyzes the causes for the formation of strategic alliance in manufacturing industry. Based on the analysis and cabined with the problems existing in manufacturing enterprises in our country, it proposes proper infonnatization construction modes for the manufacturing enterprises of different scales, such as ASP external contract mode, virtual product design center mode, Intemet information agency service mode, and so forth.
