摘要
在没有经过辐照过的样品中添加红磷,即使掺杂量达到12.5%,都不能很好的提高PA-6的阻燃性。当PA-6经过60Co-γ-rays照射产生了交联结构后,其阻燃性能会得到很大的提高,并且在这种混合体系中添加TAC来降低照射的能量。
Red phosphorus contained in non-irradiated polyamide-6 at concentrations up to 12.5 does not significantly improve the fire resistance of the polymer. Irradiation of polyamide-6, loaded with red phosphorus, with ^60Co-γ-rays generates intermolecular cross-links resulting in an improved fire resistance. From a practical point of view. This inconvenience is overcome by applying trialyl cyanurate (TAC) as a cross-linking promoter.
