摘要
应用氢化物发生-原子荧光法对土壤中铅镉砷含量进行测定。研究了分析测定条件;测定铅、镉、砷的线性范围分别为:0~40μg/L,0~5μg/L,0~40μg/L;相关系数分别为:0.9999,0.9999,0.9994。应用于样品测定,测定结果的相对偏差小于2.6%;加标回收率为96.8%~104%。
Lead and cadmium and arsenic in sodium nitrite was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with analyzing determining conditions. The method is simple and rapid. The linear of lead and cadmium and arsenic range is 0 - 40μg /l, 0 - 5μg /l, 0 - 40 μg /l with the correlative coefficient of 0.999 9, 0.999 9, 0.999 4. The method was applied to the determination of sodium nitrite. The recovery is 96.8% - 104% with RSD being less than 2.6%.
