摘要
通过对车用增压器压气机叶轮内应力特点的分析,确定了叶轮强度的计算方法,介绍了利用有限元分析软件对叶轮内部应力进行分析的过程,并就强度分析中的关键步骤和技术难点进行了讨论。通过有限元计算结果分析,找到了车用增压器压气机叶轮应力集中的位置,研究了如何利用几何参数的修改来减小集中应力。计算并讨论了叶片气动载荷和温度场对压气机叶轮应力的影响,建立了车用增压器压气机叶轮强度分析的过程和方法。
From the analysis Of compressor impeller of vehicle turbocharger stress charhcters, the calculation and analysis methods of impeller structural strength were described. The processing and method to calculate the design impeller internal stress strength using finite element method (FEM) was presented and the key procedure and difficulties in FEM analysis were discussed. The results showed the direction how to find the stress concentrate points and illustrated the procedures how to modify the design parameters. Furthermore, the influence of aerodynamic loading on the stress results was investigated. Overall, the structure computation process and analysis method of vehicle turboeharger compressor impeller was established in this article.
