摘要
为满足摩托车催化器性能考核台架对催化器入口温度控制的要求,设计了冷轧翅片管和单程管壳式两种换热器,并分析对比了这两种换热器的优缺点,根据对温度控制的要求和试验台架的空间布置特点,选定冷轧翅片管换热器控制催化器入口温度,试验结果表明该换热器能够连续调节催化器入口温度,控制温度波动在±2°C之间,可以满足试验要求。
To meet the demand of the converter entrance temperature controlling in the motorcycle catalytic converter performance bench, the cold rolled finned tube and straight-tube heat exchangers were designed. The advantages and disadvantages of the exchangers were compared. According to the temperature control decision and the space layout of the test bench, the cold rolled finned tube heat exchanger was developed. The test results show that the heat exchanger could adjust the temperature continuously; the temperature deviation is controlled in ±2 ℃ and the exchanger is feasible for the test bench.
