摘要 冶勒水电站1号机组在试运行过程中推力轴承温度超过设计的报警温度,且一直上升无法继续运行,通过在瓦盖上增加通油孔,加大油通路;取消冷却器套管;增加6个冷却器及1套冷却供、排水管路等;使推力瓦温度降至64.2℃,油温降至36.5℃,经过几次处理改造,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。其分析处理的方法,可供今后解决同类问题借鉴。 The temperature of thrust bearing pad exceeds the designed alarm temperature and continues the rising of No. 1 generating unit during the commissioning at Yele Hydropower Station so that it cannot operation. We drilled more oil holes for oil flowing free on the cover, removed the sleeves of coolers, erection 6 coolers more and a set of filling and draining piping more etc. The temperature lowered to be 64.2℃ for bearing pads and 36.5℃ for oil. The safe and stable running of the unit iS realized after those modifying. These treatment solutions should be helpful and referential to deal with the same problems for future.
