摘要
在我国高新技术产业开发区发展概况的基础上,评价了我国高新技术产业开发区科技创新现状,同时对我国高新技术产业开发区的科技创新、竞争力、企业创新、创新要素、创新环境等作了初步的探讨。
This article reviews the status of China Hi - Tech Industry Development Zone, trying to explore the operation mechanism and developing rule, and defines the framework of the industrialization of China Hi - Tech Industry Development Zone.
