随着现代技术的迅猛发展,技术异化问题日益凸现。究其深层次的原因在于技术主体人的自然观、技术观、道德观、价值观发生错位和扭曲,从而导致对技术的误用、滥用甚至恶用。因此,要最大限度地弱化和抑制技术异化,必须加强对技术主体的伦理控制。

With the tremendous development of modem technology,the problem of technology alienation is appearing with every passing day. Its deep reason lies in that the nature concept, technology concept,moral concept,value concept of technology subject arosemi splacement and torture, lead to misuse,abuse and even use technology for the e conceptvil purpose. So in order to weaken and restrain technology alienation as possible as,it should be strengthened to impose ethical control to technology subject.
