科技进步有技术标准和社会价值标准,其中社会价值标准是由社会科学思维的人本主义价值观决定。科技进步必需要创新,而创新本质是思维方式的变革,社会科学思维为科技创新提供了思维方式的选择,以及特殊的思维形式、思维方式。社会科学思维也为科技进步建立了激励机制。因此,应当加强对科技工作者、理工科大学生的社会科学思维培养。

Progress of science and technology has standards of technology and social value, and the standard of social value depends on the value of humanism of the thinking of social science. Progress of science and technology needs irmo ration, whereas the essence of innovation is the change of thinking mode：the thinking of social science provides options, and specialthinking forms and ways, for the innovation of science and technology. Thinking of social science also establishes the encouraging mechanism for progress of science and technology. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training of the thinking of social science of the technicians and the students of science and technology.
