摘要
随着体验经济的发展,情绪资本显得越来越重要。在这种情况下,作为人力资本的重要内容,情绪资本受到了社会个体和社会组织的重视。作为社会中最普遍的组织,企业理所当然的应该重视人力资本方面的管理,这既包括对内部顾客情绪资本管理,也包括对外部顾客的情绪资本的管理。
With the development experience economy, emotional capital is more and moreimportrant. In the case, emotional capital that is the important composition of human capital attracts individual and organization's attention. As the most general organization in the society, enterprise should pay attention to management of human capital,which includes internal customer's emotional capital and outside customer's emotional capital.
