摘要
代理问题是企业所有者与管理者利益冲突所带来的必然产物。描述了不同的代理理论模型及代理理论对公司治理结构的作用,在此基础上,分析了代理理论对当前中国电信行业创新管理的启示。
The benefit conflict between the managers and shareholders generates the agent problem. On thebasis of enterprise governing theory, this paper discusses different agent theory models and their influence on company governing.Moreover,this paper covers agent theory＇s influence on today＇s telecommunication industry managemental innovation as well.
