摘要
科学、高效的人力资源管理是发挥人力资本优势,创造企业价值的重要保证,对知识与人才密集型企业更是如此。应用人力资源管理中的核心理念,提出从营造学习型的投资研究文化,建立公司内部顺畅、高效的信息交流机制以及构建激励相容的业绩评估与考核机制三个方面来提高基金公司投资研究团队的运作效率,进而获取优异且稳定的投资业绩,为构建投资基金公司的核心竞争力奠定坚实的人力资源基础。
The Specialties of HR Management in Security Fund Management Company has been studied in this paper. Optimization in three important key aspects of HR management have been presented to create the fund management company's core competence. These aspects include:cultivation of harmonious research atmosphere for researchers and portfolio managers, highly efficient internal information process capability, and, Incentive Compatible measurement of fund manager' s performance.
