摘要
在某些医学诊断和治疗过程中需要了解生理结构的三维信息,本文介绍了血管三维重建的工作.首先讨论了几种处理方法,着重讨论三维重建的匹配过程,并提出了一种新的基于二叉树数据结构的匹配方法.该方法能有效地解决匹配过程中一点对应多点的问题.最后介绍了一种对血管进行三维描述和显示的技术.
3-D information about anatomic structures is required in some medical fields.This paper deals with the 3-D reconstruction of blood vessels and discusses some preprocessing methods.The matching procedure of 3-D reconstruction has been emphasized,and a new technique,binary tree data structure based matching,is presented.It is effective for the ambiguity problem in the matching procedure.A method of 3-D representation and display of blood vessels has been presented.
