高职院校教学质量监控的几点思考

近年来,我国高职教育在实现了规模的补偿性增长之后,提高教学质量成为高职教育发展的核心与生命线。目前高职院校的教学质量监控中还存在着教学质量的观念陈旧,教学质量管理的表面化、形式化,教学质量监控范围狭窄,缺乏有效措施等问题。今后应推行全面教学质量管理,重视实线教学环节的监控,加强系级监控体系建设,构建以激励机制为主、约束机制为辅的教学质量监控体系。
