电子档案与传统载体档案之比较研究

A Contrastive Study of Electronic and Traditional-carrier Archives

电子档案是一个不同于传统载体档案的全新概念。这主要表现在馆藏载体、保管方法、服务方式等方面。通过比较,可以发现,两者在这些方面各有利弊,电子档案并未完全具备传统载体档案的功能,也不能完全代替传统档案,两者具有共生性。

Electronic archives, different from the traditional-carrier archives, constitute a new concept in archives. They vary in such aspects as carrier of holding, maintenance, and service. Through comparison, it can be found that the two kinds of archives have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The modem archives do not yet possess all the functions of traditional-carrier archives, and therefore are not yet able to take the place of the latter completely. The two forms of archives are symbiotic.
