摘要
在美国的全球战略体系中,中东由于其特殊的地缘政治、能源和宗教文化因素而成为美国全球战略的重心。冷战之后,美国对中东的政策都是为实现其全球霸权服务的。尤其是在9.11事件之后,美国无视中东地区特殊的民族宗教特点,强行推行西方的政治经济制度,把反恐指针指向中东的伊斯兰国家,导致中东地区反美主义情绪上升,恐怖主义不断。探本求源,造成这样的局面,不是仅仅用“文明冲突”就可以完全概括的,应该主要从美国无视中东地区的特殊性而采取的霸权政策着手,进行分析。
In the US global strategy system, the Middle East takes the central position because of its special geopolitical importance, energy, religion and culture. After the Cold War, the policy of the US toward the Middle East is to maintain its global hegemony. Especially after the ＂9·11＂ event, the US regards the Islamic countries in the area as main sources of terrorism and carries out the Western political and economic system forceftdly without considering the special characteristics of the nationality and religion in this area, which results in the surge of anti - American emotion and terrorism.
