重点分析了常温常压下非平衡放电等离子体产生的条件及其物理和化学性能.综合评述了放电技术治理烟气中有害气体SO_2、NO_X、CO_2的机理和研究现状.
The generation of nonequilibrium plasmas is mainly discribed under ambient temperature an atomspherical pressure as well as its phsical and chemical processes. Applications of nonequilibrium discharges are critically reviewed to flue gas cleaning in the respect of removal and destruction of undesired species such as SC2, NOx and COx respectively.
