龙胆泻肝汤辅助治疗急性附睾睾丸炎疗效观察

Efficiency observation of auxiliary therapeutics of acute epididymo-orchitis in Chinese herb medicines long dan xie gan decoction

目的探讨中药龙胆泻肝汤辅助治疗急性附睾睾丸炎的效果及其加减的效果。方法对我院1998—2004年门诊急性附睾睾丸炎患者的治疗效果分析。大部分给予西药治疗，其中56例给予西药治疗加中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗，随机取2004年度该病50例纯西药治疗作对比。结果治疗组1周治愈率37％，2周治愈率93％。对照组1周治愈率14％，2周治愈率72％。结论中西医结合治疗效果明显优于单纯西药治疗。P〈0．05差异显著。中西医结合治愈率的特点为附睾复原率高。

Object To study efficiency of auxiliary therapeutice in Chinese herb medicines Long Dan Xie Gan decoction in acute epididymo- rochitis. Methods 56 patients for therapeutis group with epidieymo - orchitis used western medicines and Chinese herb medicines Long Dan Xie Gan decoction, and contrastive group 50 patients only western medicines treatment random in 2004. Results Therapeutis group patients gure rate was 37% in one week and 93% afrer two weeks. Contrastive group was 14% in one week and 72% after two weeks. Conclusion For this acute epididymo - orchitis curative effect observation. Chinese herbs auxiliary therapeutics is better than western medicine in this diseas.
