An Exploring Analysis of Higher Vocational Education Talents Training Construction Mode

高等职业教育要按照社会和经济需要的现实、未来发展趋向和受教育者全面发展的需求为导向,培养具有高职业能力的技术型应用性人才。结合目前我国高等职业教育的人才培养目标,提出构建“以知识为基础,以素质为根本,以能力为中心”的高等职业教育人才培养模式。

According to the reality, future developing trend of social and economic requirements, and demands- oriented integrated development of trainees, higher vocational education shall cultivate technical and applied talents with higher professional capabilities. In combination with the contemporary talents educational aim of higher vocational education in domestic, the Paper puts forward to establish the higher vocational education training mode of Taking Knowledge as the Foundation, Taking Quality as the Base, and Centering on Capability.
