利用各种法律形式规制政党的活动,是当今世界的大势所趋。规范政党活动的法制是一个包括宪法、政党法以及其他法律规范的体系。政党政治的法治化原则大体概括为自由平等独立公开诸原则。根据这些原则,法律保障政党自由成立、平等竞争和独立的地位;同时要求政党在民主和法治的轨道上活动。

Regulating activities of parties with various forms of law are the general course of development in contemporary world. Legality to regulate the activities of parties is one system including constitution, political party law and other laws and regulations. Legality principle of party politics generally can be summarized as the principles of freedom, equality, independence, publicity. According to these principles, laws should guarantee the status of freedom in establishment, equal competition and independence. Meanwhile, it requires that the parties should act on the rail of democracy and legality.
