摘要
信息沟通策略不当,常招致饭店及客人的信誉、经济、精神和生命财产损失。最优信息沟通策略要求某些经过饭店员工收集加工的信息在特定的时间内向相关的客人及员工传递,以提高饭店的顾客满意度与经济效益。
Improper information communicating strategy often incurs credit, economic, spirit, life and asset loss of hotel and guest. The optimal information communicating strategy requires some information that has been collected and processed be transferred to correlative guest and staff in given time in order to enhance guest satisfaction degree and economic benefit of hotel.
