共有产权体制的环境资源保护效率研究

Study on the Efficiency of Environmental Protection under the Common Property Regime

不同的环境物品,选择不同的产权体制会有不同的环保效率。共有产权体制对具有竞争性而又非排他性的环境物品具有较高的环境保护效率。本文对英格兰、南美、日本以及土耳其曾经有过的环境资源保护共有产权体制进行比较分析,得出共有产权体制得以成功高效运行的基本条件、基本原则、运行模式等。

As to varied environmental goods, distinct property regime means different to different environmental protection efficiency. As for the common property regime, it will be more efficient to these rivalries but nonexclusive goods. We have comparative analyses to the common regimes which ever existed in England, south America, Japan and Turkey, and get a conclusion about the fundamental condition, principal and running models of the successful common property regimes.
