摘要
介绍了“学科馆员”制度的国内外发展历史,着重阐述了信息时代高校图书馆在工作改革和发展中,建立“学科馆员”制度的必要性、必然性,以及“学科馆员”队伍建设的问题。
This paper presents the development history of the system of ＂discipline librarian＂ at home and abroad and mainly deals with the necessity and inevitability of establishing the system and the problem of building discipline librarian team in the reform and development of university library in the Information Age.
