摘要
介绍了当柠檬酸产生菌C0827出现退化现象时从高产大罐取样进行分离复壮的方法,并研究了原料中的N含量和α-淀粉酶用量对柠檬酸产率的影响。
This paper introduces a method of taking samples from a highyield fermenter for separation and rejuvenation when the regression phenomenon emerges from the citric acid producer C0827 The effect of nictrogen content in raw materials and α-amylase content on the cintric acid yield is studied.
