摘要
提出了一种新的滚刀加工渐开线型圆柱齿轮的计算机仿真方法,首次将加工误差引入仿真方程,并用TurboC开发了仿真软件,可以逼真、清晰地模拟出齿轮加工的详细过程.该方法能为齿轮的TCA、接触应力分析和振动分析等自动生成科学的有限元网格计算模型.
A new method for computer dynamic simulation of cylindrical gear cutting process isproposed, in which cutting deviation is introduced directly into simulation equations for the firstbine. A Programme is written in Turbo C, with which cylindrical gear cutting process can be shownclearly, in addition,the mathematical model determining all tooth surfaces for gear TCA and stressanalysis and contacted dynamics analysis can be obtained automatically.
