摘要
大、中型磨粉机快慢辊传动机构的选择与设计,宏观上经历了链传动、齿轮传动、双面同步带传动和步楔复合带传动等发展阶段。目前,在大、中型磨粉机快慢辊传动机构中广泛采用双面同步带传动和步楔复合带传动。而上述两种带传动也先后经历了四轮驱动和三轮驱动两个发展阶段。由于三轮驱动具有结构简单,寿命长等优点,近年来被广采用,但也出现了一些新的问题。针对"FMSQ456"型磨粉机三轮驱动带传动系统在实践中出现的问题,分析了产生问题的根源,提出了改进措施,解决了生产实际问题。

Because three -wheel drive has uncomplicated construction and long life, it is used widely, But three -wheel drive also has some new problems, in connection with the problem of "FMSQ456" roller mill , analyzing the source of the problem, putting forward the revamped measures, and solutions to the practical problem of working, Which has directive significance to the same kind of design.
