摘要 论述了细节疲劳强度额定值(DFR)的意义及各个DFR值之间的关系。通过对铝合金7050-T7451试件在3种不同加工状态下的DFR试验研究,试验结果分析表明,单纯地改善孔的表面粗糙度对其疲劳强度没有明显的影响,而挤压强化却明显提高了孔的细节疲劳强度。 In this paper, the definition of detail fatigue rating (DFR) and the relation of various detail fatigue rating were dissertated. By the experimental studies of DFR of 7050 - T7451 aluminum alloy were conducted in three kinds of different machining method. The results show that the method of simply improving the surface quality of the hole didn't work in the fatigue intensity obviously, but cold - working has been obviously strengthened.
