用预回火法消除长针类零件的热处理变形

Take Pre-tempering to Remove the Bending Deformation of Long Needle Like Parts

纺机上常用的长针类零件制作中多采用冷变形加工而产生残余应力．在随后的热处理中容易发生弯曲变形．本文以Ｔ（１０）Ａ缝针为例，介绍了用预回火方法消除此类变形的实验，证明预回火法行之有效，具有实用价值．

Long needle like ports are used widely in textile machinery. Because of coldworking,a necessary process during manufacturing, there are residual stresses in the parts, and normal heat treatment will cause bending deformation at the bar of the parts. The paper discribes a pretempering method on sewing needles as an example, which testifies that the way is correct, and canbe put into practice.
