摘要 电声子机制能否形成高温超导电性,是超导理论和材料研究的极为重要的课题。本文以Ginzburg原理、Eniashberg方程讨论了在不同的关联态下,电声子形成高的超导转变温度的特征,并以超导材料的本征结构特征讨论了高T_c铜氧化物超导体的结构对高T_c产生的特征。得出:传统电声子理论中对超导材料T_c的值的无特定的限制性,用超导材料的双体结构的物理模型讨论,得出了超导电性机理的电声子机制能形成高的超导转变温度。进一步对高T_c铜氧化物超导体中的电声子的特性给出了一个明确的结论。 The non - particular restriction of the value of Tc of superconductors to the traditional electrons- phonons theory ,based on the Ginzburg's theory and, Eiliashberg's equation. The formation of a high superconduction transition temperature Tc from electrons - phonons mechanism by using a physical model of double - body superconduction is also introduced. In turn discuss the characteristis of the phonons in high Tc copper oxide suppercondutors are discussed.
