摘要
采用准稳态近似方法分析了常壁温下凝固热采集换热器管内层流流动水的冻结过程,讨论了0~4℃水在不同Re、不同管径、不同壁温等工况下的冻结特性。结果表明,层流水冻结过程中,在结冰初期某一参变量的变化对量纲一冰层厚度的影响不明显,随时间的增长其影响逐渐加大。
Based on the quasi-steady approximate method, analyses the freezing problem of water in laminar flow regime in the exchanger tube with constant wall temperature. Discusses the freezing characteristics of water at 0-4℃ in different conditions such as different Reynolds numbers, tube diameters and wall temperatures. The results indicate that the influence of these parameters on dimensionless thickness of ice layer is inapparent at the beginning of freezing and gradually enhances with time.
