摘要
对6台CNC机床进行现场跟踪实验研究,对故障数据的分布规律进行探讨,为可靠性考核提供理论依据。在对故障进行统计分析的基础上,提出了可靠性增长的方向。
In this paper 6 CNC machine tools were tested and investigated through field tracing. The distribution curve of failure data is discussed and it provids the theoretical base for reliability evaluation. The direction of reliability growing is suggested based on statistical analysis on failures.
