将分段型CNC系统的结构思想应用于六坐标CNC工具磨床上,提出从后置处理到伺服系统驱动的六坐标CNC工具磨床的分段型CNC软件结构,以提高伺服系统的实时性和简化下位机插补程序的设计,设计了专用的后置处理,以完成分段型CNC控制的关键部分。为使读磁盘数据时的暂停对加工精度影响较小,用暂停指令G04实现加工过程中的准停.
The data memory space is not enough when a ball end mill is machined by CNC tool grinder, and the segmented CNC system's structure is used, The CNC tool grinder's segmented CNC software structure from post processing to servo drive is presented for realizing servc system's real-time control and simplizing interpolation programming in slave computer. A special post processing is designed for realizing the key part of segmented CNC control. Realizing precise stop in manufacturing process is completed by dwell command G04, the effect of pause caused by reading disk NC file is ignored with the method.
