玉米细菌性条斑病病原细菌的鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 2003~2004年在江苏南京江浦县南京农业大学实验农场玉米上发现1种细菌性病害,从病叶上分离得到了17个菌株,接种玉米叶片发病症状与自然发病症状一致,并从回接病株上重新分离得到相同细菌,各菌株间致病力无明显的差异。根据致病性、菌体形态、培养性状、生理生化反应和16SrDNA序列分析等特性将该批病原菌鉴定为燕麦噬酸菌燕麦亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp.avenae)。本文首次在国内报道该病害。 A new bacterial disease,bacterial leaf stripe of maize, was first found in the experimental farm of Nanjing agricultural university,Jiangpu county, Nanjing Jiangsu Province during 2003 -2004. Seventeen strains isolated from the diseased leaves of com were inoculated. The symptoms were the same as naturally infected plants. These isolates were identified as Acidovorax avenae subsp, avenae by pathogenicity, morphological characterization, physiological and biochemical reactions, and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. It is the first report of this disease on maize in China.
