Solid Phase Microextraction and it's Use in Analysis

摘要 评述了固相微萃取技术的装置、工作原理、操作方法、影响因素及优缺点,介绍了SPME技术在药物分析中的应用近况,展望了这一技术的应用前景. The SPME apparatus, underlying principe, operation method, influence factors, advatages and disavantages are introduced. Its application in pharmaceutical analysis were reviewed. Its future development was also discussed in this paper.
