摘要
本文对150MW空冷汽轮发电机通风系统进行了详细的计算分析,应用热网络法求解发电机定、转子温升,并绘制网络图。在真机上进行了通风试验,如发电机风量、风扇效率、风扇压力等测量,试验值与计算值间误差较小,该通风系统及冷却器能够满足电机长期、安全、可靠运行。
Ventilation system of 150MW air cooled turbogenerator was computed and analyzed in detail in this paper. Thermal network method was used to create the networks and calculate temperature rise of stator and rotor. The ventilation test on the turbogenerator was performed, including air flow rate, fan efficiency, pressure and so on. The results were quite close to the calculated values. The ventilation system and coolers can meet the requirements of the endurance, security and reliablity of the electric machine operation.
